Amanda Palmer has had some shows at the Sydney Opera House - so has been around town with her husband Neil Gaiman for a couple weeks. They must both really like it here, Neil was out for the wonderful Graphic Festival mid-2010, and Amanda has created an entire album-worth of music dedicated to our fine country.

This was my favourite thing at CarriageWorks in all of 2010. Part of Performance Space’s Live Live Season - just stumbled across this vid (thanks Rosie!) and remembered how awesome it was. Basically you got to make something out of recycled material, anything you wanted, it was just. great.
