CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS:

Sydney Children’s Festival and Dumbo Feather Magazine are calling for submissions for a project celebrating the minds of our kids, Harrell Fletcher’s Interviews With Children.  

Anyone can submit an interview with a child. Just provide us with the first name of the child (make it up if you’re worried about privacy), your relationship to them and their age. Also include a photograph, (Minimum size 2MB) which can be as abstract as you like.

We’ll review your submissions to ensure that they are appropriate and contain everything necessary, after which they’ll appear on the Dumbo Feather website, and a selection of submissions will be printed and exhibited at the Sydney Children’s Festival venues.

For inspiration, check out Harrell’s interviews with his daughter. You don’t need to use Harrell’s questions, but any further insight on the topic of bats is welcome.

All submissions are due by Sunday, 4 September 2011.
