2SER unsigned night

Well my ears are hurting…not because the music I am listening to is bad - more because I have been listening to so much of it.

I’m one of the lucky people choosing who gets to play as part of the 2SER unsigned night on Thurs 29 July along with the other selectors -  Paris Pompour (2SER), Phillipe Perez (2SER), Chris Berkley (2SER) and Jamie Dawson (CarriageWorks). We are all frantically listening and will have the shortlist to announce next week. It will be hard to whittle down to four bands only as the calibre of unsigned artists out there is impressive.

The folk night on Thurs 15 July was fantastic. If you haven’t come across The Quiet Titans, Frontiers in Photography, Leroy Lee, Kate Duffy or Rosie Catalano then I recommend you do so! They are all fantastic and it was a great varied night of folk in all its forms.

Tory

Come and listen to the line up of undiscovered bands at the 2SER Unsigned Night on Thursday 29 July, 6 - 10.30pm at Winterland.  More info.
